Permits & Licenses
No buildings or other structures shall be hereafter erected, reconstructed, altered or added to without first securing from the council a permit therefore. A Complete showing and description the real estate involved and the location of the building on the real estate shall be filed with the application for the permit. Inspection of lot pins will be conducted by the Public Works Director. If lot pin location is not known a Certified copy of the lot survey shall be given to the Zoning Administrator and the Public Works Director will inspect before Building Permit will be approved.
