The Larchwood Economic Development Corporation, Inc. (LEDC) organization is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization in the State of Iowa. The LEDC board of directors governs the organization in its activities.
Building permits will be filed with the City of Larchwood. Professional home building plans must be approved prior to construction by the LEDC Board (See Covenants).
