    The Larchwood City Council is responsible for interpreting and enforcing all rules and regulations.Policies may be updated at any time. The City will address situations not specifically covered as needed.Use of the facility is at your own risk. The City of Larchwood and its employees are not responsible for injuries or damage to personal property.

    Informed Consent & Release of Liability

    I understand that the Recreation Center may not be continuously supervised or monitored. I assume all risks associated with use of the facility, including exercise. By signing below, I release the City of Larchwood, its officials, and employees from any and all liability for injuries or damages resulting from use of the facility. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement and sign it voluntarily. This agreement applies to all members of my household and remains in effect for my family and legal representatives
